		<description>I had spoken with someone who had given the cut-off date for the "bluebird" promotion as Aug. 1.

That still doesn't help if you have to keep $100 in cash in your account for 6 months.  Sometime's I'm fully leveraged, other times I am not.

I am having a question about their trading level application.  OptionsXpress does not seem to hold you back from trading levels (i.e., credit spreads and more advanced trading strategies).  I'd like to see TradeKing adopt the same philosopy of "it's your money, do with it what you wish."</description>
