		<description>Thanks Brian.  I kept looking at that first percentage and it didn't seem right but I was pretty tired.  I think I just divided by the wrong number.  It should be fixed now.</description>

		<description>Just looking at your savings' numbers and it looks like you did a miscalculation.  Going from 30 down to 10 is a 66% decrease.  Having a percentage decrease greater than 100% would leave a negative present value.</description>
