Well, I will be away for an internship for most of the summer so I will probably be too busy to keep up with it. After I get back, though, I want to keep on trying different areas and see how my profits are and what I can do to make it more worth my time. Right now the only specific area I was trying was electronics and cameras. Other than that it was odds and ends around the house, stuff for friends that don't know or want to learn how to use ebay, free or low cost after rebate items, etc.

I used to be a Powerseller for about six months out of the year too. It's not that hard because they just go by gross sales. If you sell two $500 computers a month and make $3 profit, you are still a PowerSeller.

1) You can get their mediocre group health insurance.
2) You can put **POWERSELLER**^^ on your listings and annoy people :) You'd probably get some more bids from new people.
3) You used to get lower commissions at Fidelity, not sure anymore
4) If you sell enough volume on PayPal, you can get reduce transaction fees from them. Not much, but still. You have to apply for it though, they won't give it you automatically. If you stop selling after a while they take it away.
5) You can join their Reseller auctions, if you like buying things by the pallet load!
