		<description>ING isn't a bad account, in fact I think I like the layout of their website best out of the online banks I've used.  The $25 bonus is nice too.  If someone doesn't have large sums in savings then its probably not worth the effort to keep changing banks for the highest interest rate and simply use whats comfortable.</description>
