The features I was referring to are that they say you have access to quartly and yearly reports, an online expense tool for taxes and billing customers, and can call for a personal business assistant. I haven’t used any of those before but they are the kind of things business cards have. I didn’t think about it but you are right…the restaurants and office supply points are generally the kind you find on business cards.

Are you referring just to its cash rebate structure that includes restaurants and office supplies? (Something that some other business cards have, but personal cards generally do not to have.)
